You have the right to SHINE.
Don't ever let anyone make you feel like you don't. In life you are going to have many challenges. Some of them may feel like you will never pull through, but the important thing is to never let any situation cause you to dim your light. God has placed something so special inside of each of us,but often times we don't see it if things are not going well.
Then people will come into our life who tell us we don't have the right to be happy, or praise God because of a,b, or c. The key to truly being a light for those around us is to be careful who we let into our inner circle. Some friends, are only friends because you don't shine any brighter than they do. There are also the people who will try to put out your light with insults, or comments that are meant to tear you down instead of building you up.
True confidence is found only in Christ. Not our looks, our attire or our jobs. We must trust in God that HE is enough, and that everything that is good about us, only comes from him.
So shine anyway, don't let your environment of your circumstance tell you otherwise.
