Is there a such thing as too much faith, or being too
positive? I ask this because many
times I have heard people tell me that I am not being “realistic”. I have had
many people tell me that I need to look at the facts. If I am not mistaken, our
faith is SUPPOSED to surpass our situations. I KNOW that God has the final say
over man.
When things look bad, when we are faced with problems that “
the world” sees as unpleasant, most of the time we give in to what it appears
to be. Never really giving our faith, and most importantly our God, a fair
shot.
What we must remember is that we serve an ALMIGHTY God. He turns sinners into saints, and can
make the sick healthy. GOD IS NOT REALISTIC, HE IS REAL. He turns wrong to right, bad to good,
and he is always the light in the darkest hour. He does what MAN can never do.
THIS IS MY GOD. The way He works is true. It doesn’t always make sense, but who
cares? When you see someone with cancer healed, we don’t ask , why we simply
rejoice.
God is not a man walking this earth who is doing “cool”
things. He has power OVER everything.
I am not saying that we shouldn’t go to the doctor or obey the rules and
laws of the land, but we must not forget that even in the darkest hour, we
serve a God who has the FINAL say.
